TUITION DUE DATES

 

• Tuition is due in full upon registration.

 

REFUNDS

 

• If you notify Smart Linguists in writing of a withdrawal before the first day of class, you will receive a full refund of tuition paid, less a $25 administrative fee per class per child.

 

• If you notify Smart Linguists in writing of a withdrawal after the first day of class but before the second class of the session, you will receive a pro-rated refund of tuition paid. 

 

• No refund is available after the second class is taken.

 

• There is no refunding or pro-rating for vacation or weather conditions.

 

• If Smart Linguists cancels a class because of insufficient enrollment, you will
  be notified in writing and your tuition will be fully refunded.

 

WEATHER CLASSES CANCELLATIONS

 

• Smart Linguists follows the Scarsdale School District on inclement weather.

 

• Classes cancelled due to severe weather closings may be made up

• Smart Linguists reserves the right to change or cancel class schedules and/or instructors for any reason without fault.
